Projul AI Connect sends 18 kinds of webhook event, grouped by the record they are about: clients, projects and leads, estimates, tasks and messages. You choose which ones you want when you register an endpoint, or take them all.

Client events
"customer.created" fires when a client is added, "customer.updated" when a client's details change, and "customer.archived" when a client is archived. "customer.deleted" cascades: it arrives with a "project.deleted" for every project, a "task.deleted" for every task on those projects, and an "estimate.deleted" for every estimate. The client's invoices are deleted too, but there is no invoice event.
Project and lead events
"project.created" fires when a project or lead is added. Project and schedule templates raise no events. "project.updated" fires when a project's name, status, description, likelihood of sale or project number changes, including moves between pipeline stages. Editing only the job site address on a project that already has one, or changing only who is assigned to it, does not raise an event, since Projul keeps those on separate records. "project.converted" fires when a lead leaves the lead stages, whether it is marked sold, rejected, completed or terminated; read the status on the event to tell which. It always arrives together with a "project.updated" for the same change. "project.deleted" fires when a project is deleted.
Estimate events
"estimate.created" fires when an estimate is created on a project. Estimate templates raise no events. "estimate.updated" fires when an estimate or one of its versions changes, including sections and line items. "estimate.accepted" fires when a version of an estimate, including a change order, is approved, either by the client on the portal link or by someone marking it approved in Projul. "estimate.deleted" fires when an estimate is deleted.
Task events
"task.created" fires when a task of any type is added. "task.updated" fires when a task changes, including its schedule, the people on it, its checklist and its completion. "task.deleted" fires when a task is deleted.
Message events
"message.created" fires when a message or logged communication is added to a project, client, task or estimate. "message.updated" fires when a message is edited, and "message.deleted" when a message is deleted. Messages in the client conversation on a project do not raise events; those are read-only on Projul AI Connect, and you see them by reading a project's messages.
What is not an event
There are no events for invoices, payments, time tracking, purchase orders or settings, which Projul AI Connect does not cover. Files and teams are part of Projul AI Connect but raise no events of their own; you see a new file, for example, by reading a project's files. An estimate being published or sent does not raise an event of its own either; it shows as "estimate.updated". If you register an endpoint with an event name Projul does not recognize, the error names every event type Projul accepts.
