The "On Hold" status is temporarily moves a project lead out of a status, to be returned at a later date. This can be done by opening the 3-dot menu in the top right corner of the lead card and selecting "Place Project Lead On Hold."
To move a project lead out of a main status and place it into the On Hold status:
- Find the project lead in the Lead Pipeline.
- Open the 3-dot menu in the top right corner of the lead card and select "Place Project Lead On Hold."
Alternatively, drag and drop the project lead to the On Hold status by clicking and holding on the 6 dots in the top left corner of the lead card.
When a lead is moved to On Hold, a popup appears. A return date can be set for the lead to revert to its previous status, and a field is provided to record the reason for the hold.
After the information is completed and “Place Project Lead On Hold” is selected, the lead will move to the On Hold status. When the timer expires, the lead will return to its previous status.
To view leads on hold, select the On Hold status next to Rejected. The return date is displayed and can be adjusted—along with the hold reason—by selecting the date button. The status can also be cleared entirely by selecting the red “Clear On Hold Status” button.
Once the time expires, the project lead will return to its previous status and become visible again.
